EntreNous Youth Empowerment Services, Inc. is a Compton-based nonprofit organization founded in 2012 that provides a safe space built on respect, care and compassion for young people to grow in. We provide educational and occupational services to opportunity youth (ages 16-29) to help them create a sustainable future for themselves, their families and communities.

​EntreNous is also a licensed as a Full Affiliate of YouthBuild USA to operate Compton YouthBuild. We are committed to fidelity of the evidence based YouthBuild philosophy and model.

​Through loving accountability, high expectations and comprehensive support, young people work to shift the trajectory of their lives.

Young people, 16-29 years old, in and around Compton are often characterized by their struggles with unemployment, poverty, and crime, rather than by their potential. We work to break the cycles of inequity and empower the marginalized voices of the communities we serve.

Compton YouthBuild embraces a holistic approach that includes classroom education, career development, community advocacy, counseling, and construction / vocational pathways. Leadership Competencies will be implemented across all 5 core components.
