United Voices of Literacy
United Voices of Literacy (“UVOL”) is just that. Voices UNITED for the common goal to increase reading literacy and help to improve the reading levels of students reading below grade level and adults who seek to improve reading and comprehension skills.
Grass level root
Bringing together educators, college students, actors, and volunteers
Providing enthusiasm, unique style, feed back & love
UVOL believes that every individual deserves to be literate and that all students are “bright” in their own unique way. We understand that each person has their own reading style and tempo. Tutors are trained to meet the student at their level of reading, pace and understanding.
